FINANCE WITHOUT DEBT A GUIDE to SOURCES of VENTURE CAPITAL UNDER £250,000 Written By: KPMG Peat Marwick
In this publication, the DTI, under the heading "THE RIGHT FINANCE PACKAGE", in the section entitled SOURCES OF VENTURE CAPITAL, recommends "Firms of stockbrokers, solicitors and accountants. Many of these firms have contacts with individuals in their local areas who may be in a position to invest in profitable business."
Moreover, under the heading SOURCES OF ADVICE, the DTI, under the sub-heading SOLICITORS, says: "Firms of solicitors, particularly those on the 'Lawyers for Enterprise Scheme' which is run through the Law Society, will offer business, as well as legal advice."

What about Andrew Warren, Marshall Neil Craig Ronald, and all the other "trusted" professionals who have robbed us all down to the bare bones? Side notes include: accountants Body Dubois, and a corrupt liquidator called Nigel Mallett of NMGW in Bristol.
The DTI and the Insolvency Service, despite their remits as regulators, actually condone theft by accountants and liquidators of fraudulently promoted companies. Rule Britannia!
