Back to Consumer Complaints Service

Back to Solicitors' Lie Detector

Back to Rogue Traders

In this letter, Jayne Farrin, Head of Professional and Public Relations at the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors deliberately fudges the nub of my serious complaint. She had done no more than regurgitate the same obfuscatory rubbish that the Solicitors' Complaints Bureau had previously offered me.

This was deliberate avoidance of the crucial issue of Steven Daultrey's admission to Francis Read's firm prior to his moving to Donnellan & Co from where he continued to defraud me and the company he and Francis Read had been retained to conduct due diligence in its formation.

This is a classic example of how the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors would do its utmost to protects its members instead of taking consumer complaints seriously. It was as if my detailed submission had not even been read.

Jayne Farrin
