This is outrageous. The Office for the Supervision of Solicitors demonstrates its supercilious attitude to complainants, preferring the explanations of the solicitors complained about over those of the complainant. At all times the OSS utterly refused to accept that a struck off solicitor, Steven Daultrey, had been running amok in the solicitors' profession with the collusion and compliance of many other solicitors, including Francis Read.
The Office for the Supervision of Solicitors is probably the biggest lie invented by lawyers for their own protection.
